The Heron Inn is situated in the picturesque Cornish village of Malpas just two miles outside of Truro city centre. It overlooks where the Truro and Tresillian rivers join the River Fal giving one of the most stunning views in Cornwall.

Our unique location sets us apart from the other pubs in Truro and gives guests a real escape to the country whilst only a five minute drive from town.

You can easily get to us by boat with Malpas Marine only 100 yards down the road or alternatively take one of the gorgeous boat trips to or from Falmouth which land here too.

There are also a number of delightful riverside walks to enjoy as well as a wide variety of wildlife such as herons, egrets, cormorants, buzzards and on occasion even seals and deer. We welcome families and business lunches, celebrations and remembrances.
